Disclosed is a method for producing a water-insoluble gel composition comprising the steps of: producing a composition by introducing water, an auxiliary dispersing agent, a water soluble polymer, a pH adjuster and a cross-linking agent and removing the auxiliary dispersing agent from the composition produced in the above step. The method allows a water-insoluble gel composition of outstanding quality to be produced efficiently. Also disclosed is a water-insoluble gel composition produced by means of the method for producing the water-insoluble gel composition.Linvention concerne un procédé de production dune composition de gel insoluble dans leau comprenant les étapes consistant à : produire une composition en introduisant de leau, un agent dispersant auxiliaire, un polymère hydrosoluble, un ajusteur de pH et un agent de réticulation et retirer leau et lagent dispersant auxiliaire de la composition obtenue à létape précitée. Ce procédé permet de produire efficacement une composition de gel insoluble dans leau dune qualité remarquable. Linvention concerne également une composition de gel insoluble dans leau obtenue selon ce procédé.본 발명은 물, 분산 보조제, 수용성 고분자, pH 조절제 및 가교제를 투입하여 조성물을 제조하는 단계 및 상기 단계에서 제조한 조성물에서 분산 보조제를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 수불용성 겔 조성물 제조 방법을 개시한다. 상기 방법을 통해 우수한 품질의 수불용성 겔 조성물을 효율적으로 제조할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 수불용성 겔 조성물 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 수불용성 겔 조성물을 개시한다.
