A foot massager according to the present invention is provided with a foot placement base and a cover element, above the foot placement base, into which a foot is inserted. A protruding member or an expanding/contracting bottom airbag that can press the foot from the underside thereof is provided on the upper surface of the foot placement base, and expanding/contracting side airbags that can press the foot from the inside and outside are provided inside the cover element. The foot massager enables the foot to recuperate from fatigue and restores the function of the metatarsal ligaments.
