PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable re-imaging to be performed immediately when a body motion occurs in an imaging control device, method, and program.SOLUTION: An image acquisition unit 31 acquires a plurality of projection images corresponding to each of a plurality of radiation source positions in tomosynthesis imaging generated by causing an imaging device to perform tomosynthesis imaging in which radiation is irradiated onto a subject on a first imaging condition for tomosynthesis imaging. A body motion determination unit 32 determines whether or not a body motion of the subject is occurring in tomosynthesis imaging on the basis of the plurality of projection images.
