A mobility assessment determines the abnormalities and impairments in a subjects movements by administering mobility and mobility impairment active logic engine algorithms to the video data of the subjects movement. The determined abnormalities and impairments are administered to known norms for a particular test to determine if the abnormalities and impairments are normal or not. The determined abnormalities and impairments can be administered to known norms for brain concussions or injuries and for Multiple Sclerosis or Alzheimers Dementia to classify whether or not the concussion, injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimers Dementia condition exists and to determine the conditions phase and recovery rehabilitation progress. The results may be administered to determine a treatment regime to restore the subjects health thereby cure the condition.
