The present invention relates to an endoscope and, more particularly, to an endoscope having an injection function on which a medicine-injecting injection needle is mounted so that medicine can be directly injected into a patient&prime；s affected part. The endoscope having an injection function includes an endoscope portion for in-body imaging； an injection unit that is provided with a syringe portion including a pharmaceutical unit where the injection needle is mounted and the medicine is loaded on an end portion and a medicine injection unit allowing the medicine to be injected to the affected part by applying pressure to the medicine in the pharmaceutical unit so that the medicine is injected into the affected part observed by the endoscope portion； and an endoscope pipe portion where the endoscope portion and the injection unit are integrally mounted. The medicine-injecting injection needle is directly mounted on the endoscope so that the injection of the medicine into the patient&prime；s affected part can become easier, more accurate, and more convenient. Also, the endoscope is manufactured to be openable so that exposure to the outside is minimized. In addition, the deterioration of the medicine injected through the injection needle and infection by outside germs is prevented from the beginning, and the medicine is allowed to reach a destination with ease by using hydraulic pressure.본 발명은 내시경에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 환자의 환부에 직접 약물의 주입이 가능한 약물주입용 주사바늘이 장착되어 있는 주사기능이 구비된 내시경에 관한 것으로,상기 주사기능이 구비된 내시경은, 인체의 내부를 촬영하는 내시경부； 상기 내시경부에 의해 관찰된 환부에 약물을 주입하도록, 단부에 주사바늘이 장착되고 약물이 탑재되는 약제실부와 상기 약제실부의 약물에 압력을 가하여 약물이 환부에 주입하도록 하는 약물주입부를 포함하는 주사기부를 구비한 주사부； 및 상기 내시경부와 상기 주사부를 일체로 내장한 내시경관부；를 포함하여 구성되어, 약물주입용 주사바늘을 내시경에 직접 장착하여 조작이 간편하며 정확하고 신속하게 환자의 환부로 약물주입을 가능하게 해주고 상기 내시경을 개폐식으로 제작하여 외부와의 노출을 극히 제한하고 외부 병균의 감염과 상기 주사바늘을 통하여 주입되는 약물이 변질되는 문제를 사전에 방지해 주며 유압을 이용하여 힘들이지 않고도 목표지점으로 약물의 도달이 가능하게 해주는 효과가 있다.
