PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky rice transplanter capable of changing not only the positional adjustment of a seat in a machine body fore-and-aft direction but also an attachment position of the seat and a machine body by a simple constitution.SOLUTION: An attachment position adjusting bracket 35 (bracket) is interposed between a fore-and-aft adjusting bracket 33 (fore-and-aft adjusting mechanism) which can adjust a position of a seat 17 in a machine body fore-and-aft direction and a U-shaped bracket 32 (machine body). The bracket 35 has a connecting hole 35a (connecting part) having a pin 36 of the fore-and-aft adjusting bracket 33 attached to its one end, and also has a change part 40 which can change an attachment position with the machine body at the other end. By a turn of the attachment position adjusting bracket 35 by the change part 40, the attachment position of the seat and the machine body is changed.
