The present invention provides a manual type walking rehabilitation training device for a hemiplegic patient, comprising: a main frame installed to face a walking direction two connecting blocks respectively coupled to the front side and rear side ends of the main frame two wheel frames coupled to the two connecting blocks and having rolling wheels disposed on both sides of the main frame two vertical frames installed vertically through the two connecting blocks and a handle for adjusting a height of the two vertical frames and providing a grip area for the hemiplegic patient. Thus, the device can be commonly used irrespective of the position of the hemiplegia of the hemiplegic patient, and can adjust the height according to the height of the hemiplegic patient.본 발명은 보행 방향을 향하도록 설치된 메인프레임 상기 메인프레임의 전방측 및 후방측 끝단에 각각 결합되는 두 연결블럭 상기 두 연결블럭에 각각 결합됨과 더불어 상기 메인프레임을 기준으로 양측에는 구름바퀴가 각각 위치되도록 이루어진 두 바퀴프레임 상기 두 연결블럭을 각각 상하로 관통하도록 설치되는 두 수직프레임 상기 두 수직프레임에 높낮이 조절 가능하게 결합됨과 더불어 편마비 환자의 파지 영역을 제공하는 손잡이부를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 편마비 환자용 수동형 보행재활 훈련장치가 제공되며, 이를 통해 편마비 환자의 편마비 위치에 상관없이 공용으로의 사용이 가능하도록 하면서도 편마비 환자의 키에 맞게 높낮이 조절이 가능하면서 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
