摘要：: PURPOSE: A method for preparing apipiprazole crystal form II is provided to improve the purity of apipiprazole and to lower preparation cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing apipiprazole crystal form II comprises: a step of introducing apipiprazole crystal in a mixture solvent of acetone and 1-methoxy-2-propanol or 1-methoxy-2-propanol single solvent； a step of heating in the mixture solvent at 45-60 Deg. C. or in the single solvent at 70-90 Deg. C. and stirring； a step of seeding the apipiprazole crystal form II at 35-65 Deg. C.； and a step of isolating the crystal from the solution. The method additionally comprises a step of washing and drying.본 발명은 아세톤과 1-메톡시-2-프로판올의 혼합 용매 또는 1-메톡시-2-프로판올 단일 용매에서 아리피프라졸을 재결정하여 아리피프라졸 Ⅱ형 결정을 얻는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 간단한 방법으로 고순도, 고수율의 무수 아리피프라졸 II형 결정을 대량생산할 수 있다.
