Provided are a fluorescent imaging device for plaque monitoring and a multiple imaging system using same. An imaging system, according to an embodiment of the present invention, enables fluorescent imaging in a normal environment other than a dark room, thereby preventing inconvenience for both a medical professional and a patient due to the dark room. Also, a carotid artery plaque can be monitored in greater detail and in a short time by means of generating and combining a fluorescent image and a photoacoustic image.L'invention concerne un dispositif d'imagerie fluorescente pour la surveillance de la plaque et un système d'imagerie multiple utilisant celui-ci. Un système d'imagerie, selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, permet de réaliser une imagerie fluorescente dans un environnement normal autre qu'une chambre noire, éliminant ainsi les inconvénients à la fois pour le professionnel de santé et pour le patient à cause de la chambre noire. De plus, une plaque d'artère carotide peut être surveillée en détail et en un temps court au moyen de la génération et de la combinaison d'une image fluorescente et d'une image photoacoustique.혈전 모니터링을 위한 형광 영상 장치 및 이를 이용한 다중 영상 시스템이 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 영상 시스템에 의해, 형광 영상을 암실이 아닌 일반 환경에서도 가능하여 의료진과 환자 모두가 암실에 의한 불편으로부터 벗어날 수 있게 되고, 형광 영상과 광음향 영상을 생성하고 결합하여 짧은 시간 내에 보다 정교하게 경동맥 혈전을 모니터링할 할 수 있게 된다.
