PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of accurately recognizing the position and angle of a radiation generation part during photographing.SOLUTION: When obtaining a plurality of transmission images by detecting for two or more times in a detection part 108 radiations emitted from a generation and emission part 101 and transmitted through a specimen through a prescribed member (diaphragm, for instance) while changing the relative position relation and angle relation of the generation and emission part 101 to the detection part 108, the outer edge shape of an irradiation region where the radiation is irradiated from the generation and emission part 101 onto the detection surface 108s of the detection part 108 is recognized, and on the basis of the outer edge shape of the irradiation region and the inner edge shape of the prescribed member, the relative position relation and angle relation of the generation and emission part 101 to the detection part 108 are obtained.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】撮影時における放射線発生部の位置や角度を正確に把握可能な技術を提案する。【解決手段】検出部108に対する発生放射部101の相対的な位置関係および角度関係を変更させつつ、発生放射部101から放射され、所定部材(例えば、絞り)を介して検体を透過する放射線を検出部108で複数回検出することで複数の透過像を得る際に、発生放射部101から検出部108の検出面108s上に対して放射線が照射される照射領域の外縁形状を認識するとともに、その照射領域の外縁形状と、所定部材の内縁形状とに基づき、検出部108に対する発生放射部101の相対的な位置関係および角度関係を求める。【選択図】図1
