PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of photographing a relatively wide range while suppressing the generation of the deviation of a scanning system.SOLUTION: When obtaining a plurality of transmission images relating to a part to be photographed by detecting radiations for two or more times by a detection part while changing the relative position relation and angle relation of a generation part and the detection part, the relative position relation and angle relation of the generation part and the detection part changed in a time sequential manner in the state of fixing the position of the detection part.
