Provided is a preparation method of a mold for preparing a microneedle. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a) preparing an embossed metal mold corresponding to the shape of a microneedle； b) reproducing an intagliated metal mold corresponding to the embossed metal mold from the embossed metal mold by using an electric pole method； c) reproducing an embossed resin mold by applying a UV curable resin to the intagliated metal mold, and curing the same； and d) reproducing the intagliated resin mold by applying a UV curable resin to the embossed resin mold, and curing the same. The preparation method of a mold for preparing a microneedle can precisely realize a microneedle, and can reduce manufacturing costs.본 발명은 a) 마이크로 니들 형상에 대응하는 금속 양각 금형을 마련하는 단계와, b) 상기 금속 양각 금형으로부터 전주 공법을 이용하여 상기 금속 양각 금형에 대응하는 금속 음각 금형을 복제하는 단계와, c) 상기 금속 음각 금형에 UV 경화성 수지를 도포한 후 경화시켜 수지 양각 금형을 복제하는 단계와, d) 상기 수지 양각 금형에 UV 경화성 수지를 도포한 후 경화시켜 수지 음각 금형을 복제하는 단계를 포함하는 마이크로 니들 제조용 몰드 제조방법을 제공한다.
