A glucose sensor is provided. The glucose sensor includes a flexible substrate. A working electrode is disposed on the flexible substrate, and the working electrode includes a first metal layer disposed on the flexible substrate, a sensing electrode layer disposed on the first metal layer of a first end portion of the working electrode, a grapheme oxide layer disposed on the sensing electrode layer, and a glucose oxidase film disposed on the grapheme oxide layer, wherein a plurality of magnetic beads are embedded in the glucose oxidase film. A reference electrode is disposed on the flexible substrate, and the reference electrode includes a second metal layer. A method for forming the glucose sensor and a glucose sensor package structure with a micro-fluidic channel are also provided.本發明實施例提供葡萄糖感測器,包含軟性基板,工作電極設置於軟性基板上,且工作電極包含第一金屬層設置於軟性基板上,感測電極層設置於工作電極的第一端部之第一金屬層上,氧化石墨烯層設置於感測電極層上,及葡萄糖氧化酵素膜設置於氧化石墨烯層上,其中複數個磁珠埋置於葡萄糖氧化酵素膜中,以及參考電極設置於軟性基板上,且參考電極包含第二金屬層。本發明實施例亦提供葡萄糖感測器的製造方法及具微流道之葡萄糖感測器封裝結構。
