The present invention relates to a device for preventing snoring and sleep apnea syndrome, wherein protrusions caught and fixed to each other are provided on rear surfaces of anterior tooth portions of upper and lower teeth mount frames, which are respectively inserted into upper and lower teeth since the protrusions are caught and fixed to each other, the advancement of the lower jaw and the free airway are attained and the loads generated on the teeth and temporomandibular joint are dispersed and the lateral movement, advancement, and retreat of the lower jaw can be freely performed even when the protrusions are caught and fixed to each other. The device for preventing snoring and sleep apnea syndrome of the present invention comprises: an upper teeth mount frame which is insert-fixed to upper teeth to be able to be inserted into or separated from the upper teeth, and has a pushrod fixing end formed on a rear surface of an anterior tooth portion a lower teeth mount frame which is insert-fixed to lower teeth to be able to be inserted into or separated from the lower teeth and a pushrod body which is fixed to the pushrod fixing end to be able to move forward or backward, wherein an upper end portion of the pushrod body includes: an upper jaw pushrod which protrudes downward the occlusal plane made of a plane connecting the top end of anterior teeth among the lower teeth and upper surfaces of molar teeth and a lower jaw pushed portion which protrudes from the rear surface of the anterior teeth portion of the lower tooth mount frame, and includes an upper end portion protruding upward the occlusal plane and a pushed rear surface caught and fixed to a front surface of the pushrod body. Here, the angle between the occlusal plane and a caught face, which is formed by a mutual contact between the front surface of the pushrod body and the pushed rear surface, is in the range of 70-90 degrees.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 윗니와 아랫니에 각각 삽입되는 윗니안착틀과 아랫니안착틀의 전치부 배면에 상호 걸림 고정되는 돌출부가 구
