The present invention relates to a process for the micronization of prasugrel, to prasugrel formulations for micronization, to micronized prasugrel compositions obtained or obtainable by the process of the invention and compositions comprising thereof (e.g. granulates or tablets). It further relates to the pharmaceutical use of said compositions, in particular in the treatment of coagulation disorders. More specifically, said process for obtaining a micronized prasugrel composition comprises: a) mixing prasugrel with a water-insoluble hydrophilic excipient, optionally in combination with other excipients； and b) micronizing the composition obtained in a).La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant la micronisation du prasugrel, des formulations de prasugrel permettant la micronisation, des compositions de prasugrel micronisé obtenues ou pouvant être obtenues par le procédé de l'invention, et des compositions comprenant ces dernières (par exemple des granulés ou des comprimés). L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation pharmaceutique desdites compositions, en particulier dans le traitement de troubles de la coagulation.
