A polysaccharide gel composition comprising: (a) at least one polysaccharide selected from the group consisting of hyaluronic acid, cellulose, chitosan, o-sulfated HA, dextran, dextran sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, dermatan sulfate, keratin sulfate, heparin heparin sulfate and alginate: (b) at least one polysaccharide disruption inhibitor selected from the group consisting of glycosaminoglycan, antioxidant, flavonoid, protein, fatty acid, and combinations thereof: and (c) mannitol. 2. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the polysaccharide is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one of the specified inhibitor is a glycosaminoglycan. A composition according to claim 1, characterized in that said glycosaminoglycan is chondroitin sulfate. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one of the specified inhibitor is a tannic acid. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a biocompatible or biodegradable vessel, characterized in that said inhibitor is located inside or is part of this vessel, wherein said vessel is a liposome, micelle or polymerized vesicle. A polysaccharide gel composition comprising: (a) hyaluronic acid； (b) at least one polysaccharide disruption inhibitor selected from the group consisting of glycosaminoglycan, antioxidant, flavonoid, protein, fatty acid, and a combination thereof； and (c) mannitol. 8.
