The buoyancy adjusting part includes a cylinder(111), at least one hole(112), a piston(113), a piston rod(114), and an air hole(115). The hole is formed at the top periphery of the cylinder. The piston seals and slides inside the cylinder. The piston rod is fixed to the piston and is extended outside the cylinder.
