According to the present invention, the vinyl house heating device comprises: a heating chamber in which an internal air is heated by a heating means； a water bottle installed inside the heating chamber； a heat pipe whose inside is connected to be communicate with an inside of the water bottle and standing outside the heating chamber； a heat sink combined with the heat pipe； a blowing fan installed to blow air toward the heat pipe and the heat sink； and a first crank pin and a second crank pin whose one end is combined with the blowing fan and supported to be rotated so as to serve a rotary shaft of the blowing fan and eccentric from the center of rotation.
