PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplanter capable of covering a seedling with soil in such a manner that a positional relation between a hole-forming body forming a planting hole in a field and a soil-covering member which the hole-forming body is filled with cannot be easily changed.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter comprises: a hole-forming body 110 for forming a planting hole in a field by traveling a machine body a planting device for planting a target for transplantation in a planting hole in which the hole-forming body 110 is formed and a soil-covering member 210 with which the planting hole is filled. The hole-forming body 110 and the soil-covering member 210 are rotatably provided on the same mounting member 200. A formed hole depth adjustment member is provided on the hole-forming body 110, and can be freely adjusted at a longitudinal position. Right and left planting hole-forming members for guiding soil pushed away to the right and left sides by the hole-forming body 110 is provided on both right and left sides of the formed hole depth adjustment member. Space parts are formed between the formed hole depth adjustment member and the right and left planting hole-forming members, respectively.
