The present invention relates to a blood stream measuring apparatus and, more specifically, to a blood stream measuring apparatus which uses infrared light when analyzing a blood stream of a peripheral blood vessel positioned on a finger or the like to photograph the blood stream under the skin without applying MG oil and photograph a clear image to accurately diagnose the condition of the blood stream. The blood stream measuring apparatus comprises: a sample fixing unit on which an object is placed； an object lens positioned on an upper portion of the sample fixing unit； a photographing unit to photograph an image magnified by the object lens； and a condensing lens positioned on a lower portion of the photographing unit to condense the image magnified by the object lens. A light source unit to emit light to the object is included.
