The invention relates to a jelly beans composition and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the composition comprises 2.5% energizing mixture, 51.53% sugar, 32.49% glucose, 1.96% pectin, 1.66% citric acid, flavours and colours. The process, as claimed by the invention, consists in preparing the pectin solution to which sugar syrup and glucose syrup are admixed and the mixture is heated to a temperature of 116...118°C and a pressure of 4...5 bar, after the syrup tempering, the energizing mixture and the citric acid being admixed in batches and the resulting composition being finally poured into jelly bean forms.Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie de jeleuri energizante, şi la un procedeu pentru obţinerea acesteia. Compoziţia conform invenţiei este constituită din 2,5% amestec energizant, 51,53% zahăr, 32,49% glucoză, 1,96% pectină, 1,66% acid citric, arome şi coloranţi. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din prepararea soluţiei de pectină, la care se adaugă sirop de zahăr şi sirop de glucoză, şi amestecul se încălzeşte la o temperatură de 116...118°C, la o presiune de 4...5 bari după temperarea siropului, se adaugă amestecul energizant şi acidul citric în şarje, şi, în final, compoziţia obţinută se toarnă în forme de jeleuri.
