A cosmetic composition having an improved performance of transfer-resistant is provided. The cosmetic composition contains a film former in the external phase and further contains a gelling agent in the internal phase. The gelling agent performs on the film former in the external phase that has a decreasing affinity with the skin, so as to serve the function of a bridge to the skin.
