The apparatus includes: a Cornus officinalis supply unit which supplies Cornus officinalis to be separated a flat roller which separates flesh of Cornus officinalis, supplied by the Cornus officinalis supply unit, and is installed on a support frame a groove roller which is installed to be close to the flat roller and includes a spiral groove formed on an outer circumferential side to separate flesh of Cornus officinalis a separation unit having a roller driving unit for driving the groove roller a scraper unit which comes in close contact with the flat roller and the groove roller to separate flesh of Cornus officinalis attached on the flat roller and the groove roller and a washing unit which sprays washing water to the flat roller and the groove roller to remove juice to prevent seeds from being attached to the flat roller and the groove roller by the juice of Cornus officinalis. According to the present invention, the apparatus for separating flesh of Cornus officinalis can wash, by the washing unit, the juice of the flesh attached on outer circumferential sides of the flat roller and the groove roller.
