DERIVE DE MONOQUINOLINE DE CHELATION TETRADENTATE, SON PROCEDE DE FABRICATION ET SON APPLICATION EN TANT QUE REGULATEUR D'IONS METALLIQUES POUR LES MALADIES NEURODEGENERATIVES
A tetradentate chelating monoquinoline derivative as represented by formula (I). The derivative can specifically chelate to a redox-active metal ion, such as a copper ion, related to a neurodegenerative disease (Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) or metabolic disorder, or to a copper accumulation disease (Wilson's disease). A zinc ion stability constant of the derivative is 6-12 orders of magnitude lower than a copper ion stability constant thereof. The derivative also has stronger oxidative stress resistance. The derivative is easy to manufacture, and has potential applications in preparing a pharmaceutical product for treating a neurodegenerative disease or a pharmaceutical product for a disease related to a copper homeostasis disorder.
