PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope clip capable of sufficiently ensuring the rigidity of the arm parts of a clip while holding the flexibility thereof and capable of firmly grasping the arm parts of the clip without perforating tissue.SOLUTION: The endoscope clip has the clip having a pair of arm parts mutually opened from the base end of the clip toward the leading end thereof and the fastening member externally inserted to the clip to be moved to the leading end of the clip and fastening a pair of the arm parts to mutually close the leading end parts thereof. In this endoscope clip, the clip is composed of two or more kinds of materials and is composed of a base end part formed of a metal on the base end side thereof and a grasping part formed of a resin on the leading end side thereof. The grasping part of the clip has a plurality of projections on the mutually opposed surfaces thereof.
