The present invention relates to a method of using a mobile phone to detect and eliminate snoring noise and a device thereof. The method comprises the following steps: using a mobile phone equipped with a noise eliminating software in conjunction with the microphone and speaker of the mobile phone placing the mobile phone in the range allowing for detecting the snore made by the snorer making the microphone facing the direction of the snorer using the noise eliminating software to input the snore signal obtained by the microphone then, analyzing and generating a sound wave signal having the same amplitude but opposite phase and outputting the sound wave through the speak as an eliminating sound wave, so as to make the amplitude sum of the eliminating sound wave and the snore be zero within the affected range of the snore, thereby completing the snore elimination.本發明為一種利用手機偵測並消除鼾聲噪音的方法及其裝置,是利用裝置有噪音消除軟體的手機,配合該手機本身的麥克風、揚聲器,將該手機放在可以偵測打鼾者所發出鼾聲的範圍內,使該麥克風朝向該打鼾者方向,利用該噪音消除軟體輸入該麥克風取得的鼾聲訊號,然後分析,產生與該鼾聲振幅相同、相位相反的聲波訊號,再經由該揚聲器輸出為消除聲波,以在該鼾聲影響的範圍內,讓該消除聲波與該鼾聲的振幅總和為零,進而完成該鼾聲的消除。a~d‧‧‧步驟
