To provide a system that improves the accuracy of addition average electroencephalogram data while decreasing the number of electroencephalogram datasets to be added and averaged.SOLUTION: An acquisition unit 1 acquires information on an electroencephalogram signal and a plurality of stimulus presentation timings related to the electroencephalogram signal. A preprocessing unit 2 extracts a plurality of electroencephalogram datasets corresponding to the plurality of stimulus presentation timings on a one-to-one basis from the electroencephalogram signal on the basis of the information on the electroencephalogram signal and the plurality of stimulus presentation timings acquired by the acquisition unit 1. A correlation calculation unit 3 calculates correlation data relating to the plurality of electroencephalogram datasets extracted by the preprocessing unit 2. A selection unit 4 selects a group of electroencephalogram datasets from the plurality of electroencephalogram datasets on the basis of the correlation data calculated by the correlation calculation unit 3. A data calculation unit 5 calculates addition average electroencephalogram data by adding and averaging the group of electroencephalogram datasets selected by the selection unit 4.
