The moving body balance is detected by the balance detection unit as soon as it has been stated that the walking process is true. According to the other version, the device comprises a portable motion sensor attached to the living body, a moving body signal step counter, a balance detection unit, a display unit, a step count storage unit, and a power supply. The device also comprises a machine-readable carrier storing a program for implementing the method.
