This work is about a kind of strap and its supporting frame.The strap is provided on a support frame, which includes a member, and the two ends of the member are respectively provided against a foundation surface and an object to be supported. The strap includes a belt body and at least two stops.The belt body defines a length direction, which has a relative first side and a second side. The belt body is twisted towards the first side for winding on the rod. The two ends of the belt body along the length direction are respectively provided with a first connection part and a second connection part.
