PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter securing a working space on the machine and enabling to place maximum mat seedlings for supply.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter is composed of: a traveling vehicle body including a driving seat for riding a transplantation part for liftably planting seedlings in multiple rows at a rear side thereof and a preparatory seedling frame composed of multiple stages of platforms 38a and 38b for placing a mat seedling M in a seedling tray for supply at a side part of the traveling vehicle body.
