The driver comprises a motor for driving at least one pair of driving wheels and may drive the tugging pipe circling by frictional force. The fishing device comprises a crank and a trawl. One end of the crank may be penetrated between the two driving wheels to be fixed onto the tugging pipe and the other end may tug the hopper-shaped trawl.
