The present invention provides a bilayer hydrocolloid pharmaceutical film, suitable for use as slow-release dressing, containing a lower layer comprising glycerol, water-based solvents and a hydrogel-forming polymer, and a upper layer comprising glycerol, water-based solvents, a hydrogel-forming polymer and a therapeutic agent. The invention further includes a method of preparation of the pharmaceutical film and its use as mucosa surface dressing.La présente invention concerne un film pharmaceutique hydrocolloïdal bicouche, approprié pour être utilisé comme pansement à libération prolongée, contenant une couche inférieure comportant du glycérol, des solvants à base deau et un polymère de formation dhydrogel, ainsi quune couche supérieure comportant du glycérol, des solvants à base deau, un polymère de formation dhydrogel et un agent thérapeutique. Linvention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation du film pharmaceutique et son utilisation comme pansement de surface pour les muqueuses.
