A method for continuously producing hydrogen-containing drinking water, the method including (A) a deaeration step, (B) a hydrogen dissolving step, (C) a filling step, and (D) a sealing step, a pressure being loaded on a water flow channel from purified water supplied to the deaeration step to hydrogen-containing water injected into a packaging container in the filling step, and the filling step including a preparation stage for supplying pressure-loaded hydrogen-containing water into a filling device, a deaeration stage for removing air from within the packaging container after the packaging container is connected to the filling device, an injection stage for injecting the pressure-loaded hydrogen-containing water directly into the packaging container, and a discharge stage for introducing compressed air into the filling device and discharging the hydrogen-containing water remaining in the filling device into the packaging container, and comprising a step for subsequently transitioning to the sealing step (D) immediately once the packaging container and the filling device are disconnected from each other.本發明之課題在於提供一種可抑制含氫水之溶存氫濃度到達較低水準且將含氫水填充至包裝容器內的製造含氫飲料用水之方法及其製造裝置。本發明之製造方法係連續地製造含氫飲料用水之方法,且包含(A)脫氣步驟、(B)氫溶解步驟、(C)填充步驟及(D)密封步驟,又,對自供給至上述脫氣步驟之淨化水至上述填充步驟中注入至包裝容器之含氫水為止之水流路徑加載壓力而成,上述填充步驟包含如下階段:準備階段,其係將經加載壓力之含氫水供給至填充裝置內;脫氣階段,其係於將包裝容器與填充裝置連接後,去除包裝容器內部之氣體;注入階段,其係將經加載壓力之含氫水直接注入至包裝容器內;及排出階段,其係將加壓空氣導入至填充裝置內,而將殘留於填充裝置內之含氫水排出至包裝容器內;且該填充步驟包含如下步驟:於其後解除包裝容器與填充裝置之連接時立即移行至上述密封步驟(D)。
