PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmological analysis method for measuring an ocular tension in an eyeball (11) with an analysis system.SOLUTION: This ophthalmological analysis system includes: an actuating device for deforming the cornea (10) of the eyeball in non-contact state, which causes a puff of air to be applied to the eyeball so that the cornea is deformed; an observation system for observing and recording the deformation of the cornea, which creates sectional images of the cornea when it is deformed and not deformed; and an analysis device for deriving the ocular tension of the cornea from the sectional images of the cornea, wherein a material characteristic of the cornea is derived from the sectional images of the cornea in the analysis device, the diameterof a first applanation area (14) of the cornea and the diameterof a deformation area of the cornea different from the first applanation area of the cornea are derived as the material characteristic, and these material characteristics of the cornea are put into the calculation to derive the ocular tension.【課題】本発明は、分析システムにより眼球(11)の眼圧を測定する眼科分析方法に関する。【解決手段】前記分析システムは、非接触で眼球の角膜(10)が変形する作動装置であって、角膜が変形するように眼球に供給されるエアパフを発生させる作動装置と、角膜の変形を観測し記録する観測システムであって、角膜の変形時と非変形時の断面像を作成する観測システムと、角膜の断面像から角膜の眼圧を導出する分析装置とを備え、前記分析装置で角膜の断面像から角膜の材料的特性を導出し、角膜の第1の圧平領域(14)の直径d1と、角膜の第1の圧平領域とは異なる角膜の変形領域の直径dnを材料的特性として導出し、角膜のこれらの材料的特性を計算に入れて眼圧を導出する。【選択図】図1
