The present invention relates to a capsule comprising at least one cell with hematopoietic potential, said capsule being formed of a liquid core and at least one gelled envelope completely encapsulating the liquid core at its periphery, the use of such a capsule for the ex vivo production of enucleated erythroid cells as well as an ex vivo method of producing enucleated erythroid cells using said capsule. La présente invention concerne une capsule comprenant au moins une cellule à potentialité hématopoïétique, ladite capsule étant formée d'un cœur liquide et d'au moins une enveloppe gélifiée encapsulant totalement le cœur liquide à sa périphérie, l'utilisation d'une telle capsule pour la production ex vivo de cellules érythroïdes énucléées ainsi qu'une méthode ex vivo de production de cellules érythroïdes énucléées utilisant ladite capsule.
