Adding fermentation material containing Gause' No.15 fungus agent to the sprout cultivation substrate of solanaceous vegetables plays the role of preventing and treating seedling root diseases, and cooperates with nutrient soil and compound fertilizer to promote the healthy growth of solanaceous vegetable seedlings； in the preparation process of the substrate, it can be further matured by raising the temperature and stirring the fermentation material, supplement nutrients for the substrate, and can make the properties of the sprout cultivation substrate softer so as not to bum the seedlings, and the mixture of components can more evenly and better provide nutrition for seedlings and guarantee the prevention of root diseases.
