PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam sterilization method which can radiate electron beam on a whole external surface of an irradiated article uniformly by using a small low-energy electronic accelerator with a narrow window of source container, can keep reliability and safety of sterilization effect high by equalizing sterilization levels of each site, and can reduce cost of the electronic accelerator and reduce front-end cost and maintenance cost of the device by lengthening application limits (life).SOLUTION: An electron beam irradiation domain consisting of three electronic accelerators is used.
