A control unit of this atrial fibrillation analytical apparatus acquires P-wave data from only an electrocardiogram recording based on a lead in one direction in a plane including a body axis direction and a right-left direction of a subject or from an electrocardiogram recording based on leads in two orthogonal directions in said plane, and then extracts P-wave fragmentations from the acquired P-wave data. On the basis of the number of P-wave fragmentations and/or the duration of P-wave fragmentations, the possibility of the onset of atrial fibrillation is analyzed.Une unité de commande de l'appareil analytique de fibrillation auriculaire de la présente invention acquiert des données d'onde P à partir d'un seul enregistrement d'électrocardiogramme basé sur une dérivation dans une direction dans un plan comprenant une direction d'axe corporel et une direction droite-gauche d'un sujet ou à partir d'un enregistrement d'électrocardiogramme basé sur des dérivations dans deux directions orthogonales dans ledit plan, puis extrait des fragmentations d'onde P à partir des données d'onde P acquises.
