An inhalant pharmaceutical composition containing primary active ingredients of beta2-agonist and corticosteroids is provided. The pharmaceutical compositions disclosed in the present invention is to be inhaled by a patient when needed as a reliever, or administrated in an eccentric way as a controller. The eccentric way control therapy could create a low blood concentration period during the day and minimize the acute tolerance phenomenon (or so called tachyphylaxis) for bronchodilator-beta2-agonists in treating asthma or other obstructive respiratory disorders.本發明係提供一種新穎吸入性複方組合藥物,包含乙二型協同劑、皮質類固醇等主成分,適用於氣喘及慢性肺阻塞之緊急發作治療用藥或偏極性控制治療,因而可減少乙二型協同劑藥物急性耐藥性現象之發生。
