PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hop-containing composition suitable for edible use which is excellent in palatability to a degree that it can be taken daily.SOLUTION: An edible composition containing a leaf and/or a stem of hop and any one kind of ingredient selected from the group consisting of a leaf and a stem of barley, a leaf and a stem of sweet potato, a leaf and a stem of Peucedanum japonicum Thunb, a leaf and a stem of mulberry and a water-soluble dietary fiber is provided to solve the object as mentioned above.
