An organism paracentesis device comprises a first tube member and a second tube member. The first tube member comprises an injection tube, a piston and a first syringe needle. The injection tube is filled with a medicament. The second tube member comprises an extraction part, a sampling part and a second syringe needle. Both ends of the second syringe needle are in the form of syringe needle, in which, one end of the second syringe needle is called as an extracting end, while the other end is called as a collecting end. Using the collecting end of the second syringe needle to penetrate the sampling part which is antiseptic and vacuumed, such that the second syringe needle’s extracting end which is penetrating into an organism will be able to extract a sample from the organism because of the pressure different caused by the vacuumed sampling part.
