An automatic substrate laying machine for elevated cultivation relating to the field of agricultural equipment.The invention comprises: a moving cart (3), a substrate loader and a substrate box (6), a feeder, a bifurcated movable supported substrate dropping device, and a substrate dispenser. The substrate box (6) is installed on top of the moving cart (3). The substrate loader is installed on a rear side of the substrate box (6), the feeder is installed within the substrate box (6), and the bifurcated movable supported substrate dropping device is installed at the front portion of the substrate box (6). The substrate dispenser is installed at outlet openings at two bottom sides of the bifurcated movable supported substrate dropping device. The automatic dispensing machine addresses in the problem of push and pull movements occurring when automatically switching between a loading position and a resting position, moving a substrate within a box during a loading process and a feeding process, and automatic adaptation to a construction offset of an elevated system, and combines multiple steps of substrate laying for elevated cultivation into a combined operation performed by a single machine.
