Provided are a guidewire adjuster and a delivery-system control handle provided with a guidewire adjuster, said guidewire adjuster comprising: a guidewire-receiving mechanism (13) which has a channel used for directing the passage therethrough of a guidewire (1); a guidewire drive mechanism (14, 19), which drives the guidewire (1) in reciprocating motion along the channel. The guidewire adjuster may convey the guidewire (1) with respect to a sheath tube of the delivery system; the guidewire-receiving mechanism (13) is connected to the control handle of the delivery system and also forms a channel for accommodating the guidewire (1); there are no strict limitations to the shape and structure of the guidewire-receiving mechanism (13), but they may at least be capable of connecting to the control handle of the delivery system and forming a channel for accommodating the guidewire (1). By means of the relative motion of the guidewire (1) and the sheath tube (or support frame (4)) of the delivery system, when the support frame (4) is at a low position, the guidewire adjuster (1) pushes the guidewire (1) forward; thus by means of the feedback of the force, the near end of the sheath tube is driven to cause the support frame (4) to move upward, so as to correct the problem of the low position of the support frame (4).
