PURPOSE:To dispense with the spray of water to each culture vessel, by placing a number of culture vessels on an elongated frame, dangling a water-absorbing web from each culture vessel and dipping the web into water in a water- supplying trough placed along the frame. CONSTITUTION:The objective plant culture system is constructed of elongated frames A, B for supporting culture vessels, water-supplying troughs 4a, 4b extended along the frames and a number of culture vessels 9 which can be loaded to or unloaded from the frame using a truck 8 movable on a rail 2 along longitudinal direction of the frame. A water-absorbing web is dangled from the inner bottom of each culture vessel and at least a part of the web is dipped in water in a water-supplying trough.
