PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a highly adsorptive and recyclable compact by highly filling a charcoal powder while ensuring voids, without impairing an effective adsorption function of the charcoal powder.SOLUTION: The particle size distribution of a charcoal powder is optimized to achieve high filling, and a natural resin as a binder in kneaded with the charcoal powder and then, heat-compressed and cooled under pressure to produce a compact having voids. A compact is achieved which has high-performance adsorption properties with respect to volatile organic gases and particulate substances. The compact is impregnated with an aqueous solution of a calcined shell calcium-based fine powder by performing post-processing to express performance for sterilizing viruses etc. invading together with the volatile organic gases when sucked.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】炭粉末の持つ有効な吸着機能を損なわず、空隙を確保しながら高充填化して、高吸着で、かつ再生利用可能な成形体を作製する。【解決手段】炭粉末の粒度分布を最適にして、高充填化を実現し、繋ぎ剤として天然の樹脂を炭粉末と混捏し、加熱圧縮、加圧冷却して空隙のある成形体を作製する。揮発性有機ガスや粒子状物質の高性能な吸着性を有する成形体を実現する。後加工する事で、貝殻焼成カルシウム系微粉末水溶液を含浸させ、吸引時に揮発性有機ガスと同時に侵入するウイルス等を殺菌する性能を発現させた。【選択図】なし
