To avoid or suppress failure of a molded product which is molded immediately after start of a molding machine.SOLUTION: A powder compression molding system comprises: a powder compression molding machine comprising a table 31 in which a mortar hole 4 is provided, a filling device X which faces the mortar hole 4 of the table 31, and fills powders in the mortar hole 4 passing directly under itself while displacing relatively to the table 31, and an upper pestle 5 and a lower pestle 6 which molds a molded product by compressing the powders filled in the mortar hole 4; and a powder supply device which supplies powders to the filling device of the molding machine during operation of the molding machine. In the system, when starting the stopped molding machine, a specified amount of powders are previously replenished to the filling device X from the powder supply device in the state that relative displacement of the filling device X and compression operation of the upper pestle 5 and the lower pestle 6 are stopped, and thereafter, the molding machine is started, thereby starting relative displacement of the filling device X and compression operation of the upper pestle 5 and the lower pestle 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】成形機の起動直後の時期に成形される成形品の不良を回避ないし抑制する。【解決手段】臼孔4が設けられているテーブル31、テーブル31の臼孔4に面するとともにテーブル31に対して相対的に変位しつつ自身の直下を通過する臼孔4に粉体を充填する充填装置X、並びに臼孔4に充填された粉体を圧縮することで成形品を成形する上杵5及び下杵6を備える粉体圧縮成形機と、当該成形機の稼働中に同成形機の充填装置Xに向けて粉体を供給する粉体供給装置とを具備する粉体圧縮成形システムにおいて、停止している成形機を起動するにあたり、充填装置Xの相対変位並びに上杵5及び下杵6の圧縮動作を停止したままの状態で粉体供給装置から充填装置Xに所定量の粉体を予め補給し、しかる後に成形機を起動して充填装置Xの相対変位並びに上杵5及び下杵6の圧縮動作を開始することとした。【選択図】図3
