PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a kit for using an automatic injection device, and to provide a method and a kit for training a recipient about the use of the automatic injection device.SOLUTION: An automatic injection device 10 incudes a first detachable cap 24 (or a needle cap) that covers a first end 20 of a housing 12 and prevents a needle of a syringe from being exposed before use. The first cap includes a protrusion 26 that fixes and/or covers an internal component of the device until a user is ready to start up the device. The syringe is slidably attached to the housing. The syringe at a non-start position is housed in the housing and is sucked. When the device operates, the needle of the syringe protrudes from a first (proximal) end of the housing and then emits a material from the syringe to a patient.
