An apparatus, comprising: a cannula having a proximal end, a distal end and a lumen therebetween introducer having a proximal end, a distal end and a lumen therebetween, and configured so as to receive a cannula, an actuator, operatively connectable to the cannula and configured so as to move the cannula between a first configuration in which the cannula is located substantially inside the introducer, and a second configuration in which the cannula is substantially outside the introducer izahvat coupled to the distal end of the introducer and configured so as to connect the introducer to peripheral intravenous line, it is disposed within the cannula and extends beyond the end of peripheral intravenous lines, when it is in the second konfiguratsii.2.
