PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions for regulating blood glucose obtained from Monascus purpureus fermented products.SOLUTION: The composition for regulating blood glucose provided by the present invention is demonstrated by an animal experiment to be able to reliably and effectively downregulate hyperglycemia induced by high fat diet and high fructose diet and at the same time to be able to effectively downregulate an oxidative stress reaction (ROS generation) caused by hyperglycemia and also an inflammatory response. In addition, the composition for regulating blood glucose of the invention can synchronously reduce AST and ALT values in the liver and a sarcosine value in the kidney and can achieve alleviating inflammation event of the liver and kidney, when downregulating blood glucose concentration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】紅麹発酵産物から取得された血糖調節のための組成物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明が提供する血糖調節のための組成物は、確実に高脂肪食と高果糖食により誘発された高血糖症を効果的に下降調節できると同時に、高血糖症により引き起こされる酸化ストレス反応（ＲＯＳ ｇｅｎｅｒａｔｉｏｎ）及び炎症反応も効果的に下降調節できることが動物実験で実証された。このほか、本発明の血糖調節のための組成物は、さらに血糖濃度を下降調節する時に、肝臓内のＡＳＴとＡＬＴの数値及び腎臓内のサルコシンの数値を同期に低下させ、肝臓と腎臓の炎症現象を軽減することが達成できる。【選択図】図１
