PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wine-flavored beverage, especially a non-alcoholic or low-alcohol-content wine-flavored beverage, of which wine-like flavor is improved and enhanced.SOLUTION: A wine-flavored beverage includes a gluconic acid and a tartaric acid. In the beverage, the following conditions are satisfied: 0.15&leA/(A+B) &le0.95 and 4g/L&leC&le11g/L, where, A denotes the concentration (weight/volume) of the gluconic acid, B denotes the concentration (weight/volume) of the tartaric acid, and C denotes the total acid amount that is the sum of the concentration of the gluconic acid, the concentration of the tartaric acid, and the total concentration of the following 5 kinds of organic acids: citric acid malic acid lactic acid succinic acid and acetic acid, which is converted into the concentration of equivalent tartaric acid.
